Constructed of no-wale corduroy and raincoat fabric the construction was based on butterfly wings but the over-all effect became more bat-like because of the color choices. If I make this again (the pattern ended up having over forty pieces most of which were cut four) it will be out of a more fluttery fabric, and lighter colors.
